Me acordé de las ensaladas de pepino con yogur típicos de la zona de Grecia y los Balcanes. 1 cebolla normal o 2 cebolletas. 1 cuchara de postre de sal. 1 cuchara de postre de miel. 1 manojo de perejil picado. A servirlo se puede echar unos nueces por encima.
