Has Diversity Changed Me? My faith has not changed, but rather evolved. God is the same today as he was yesterday. What diversity does is open your mind. My faith in God and his mission is unshakeable and unwaveable. How I handle diversity and my view of it is shaped by my faith. My drive and motivation come from my faith. Our class, Diversity in Leadership, is coming to a close. It has been an invaluable learning experience. I have been encouraged to grow in multiple ways.
