Our newborn daughter Sonja B has joined our family, our toddler will be moving into the preschool CASA program at his Montessori daycare in January, hubby has settled into his new job, we have steps we can actually use at our front door, and the drywalling will beging in our basement in mid November. Gerade im Alltag zwischen Familie und Beruf, weiß man oft die Belastung nicht zu schultern. Alle zerren an einem, man fühlt sich permanent im Fokus, glaubt alles organisieren zu müssen und für alles ein Ohr zu haben. Jahrelang habe ich zwar in genau dieser Art und Weise funktioniert, aber es war sehr anstrengend und ich nicht immer gerecht und mit mir zufrieden.
