The site had the following in the homepage, "In this video, I wanted to show the effects of alcohol on exercising." I noticed that the web site stated " Throughout the video, I taped Alex sober, buzzed and drunk doing different exercises." They also stated " He showed a decrease in speed and accuracy in running and ladder drills. Also, he showed how alcohol effects an athletes control and organization of performance. I decided to do a pamphlet because I thought that cell phones are a luxury that people take for grantite sometimes. I think that a imformational pamphlet could be used to show how big of a deal cell phones are in todays business world. Firing an Employee Prezi! .
So, I put together a brochure and online version with all of the interesting information I have found. There is a variety small tips in here to help make you happier and healthier, without doing anything drastic! Ihave also attached all the refernces used on a seperate document.
