Life goals include never being a charlatan and peaking sometime around the year 2050. I live in Munich with my wife, two kids, and two cats. I lead the open data program at Amazon Web Services, where we focus on making data easier for people to access and use. I used to blog about organizations. Thoughts on writing by Jed Oliver. Yesterday, using a tape measure, I measured an inchworm. I was slightly disappointed, but not greatly surprised, to find it was not an inch long. In fact, of three inchworms I measured, no two were the same. I do not understand how they could ever manage to measure the marigolds, unless they had a group meeting at the end, and averaged the results. This really makes me wonder.
