Friday, August 19, 2016. Summer Night at our House. Our neighbor man had hip replacement surgery last week and is in rehab right now. We have been wanting to build him a hand rail at his front steps.
Ice cream desserts full of caramel,. Coffee, pecans and all good things like this,. Just makes it even better. I could eat a whole boat load of dessert like this if I had no self-control. As it is, I have very little self-control around it. I waffle between letting the kids eat a bunch. So there is less for me to sneak.
I posted a project on Facebook that I helped our Small Group kids work on Sunday evening. I had folks asking how to do it, so I thought this would be the easiest way to explain. You can use whatever container you wish. Leave the excess hang out until your garden is done.

Monday, August 17, 2015. Please Excuse Me While I Grieve. I wish I could grieve once and get it over with but it comes in waves, sometimes there is a long break between waves and sometimes they roll in, one after the next without giving me time to catch my breath. Grief has taken my joy, my laughter and turned it into bitterness and pain.

I noticed that the web site stated " I feel like its time to write againbecause I think of you so often and I miss you more than ever." They also stated " My heart has been heavy. Ive been thinking so much on how much beauty you brought to those close to you. It is devistating and somewhat shocking to me how hard it is to find or create beauty now that you are gone.
