My HCG Experience

Wednesday, March 16, 2011. I am so happy to report that 6 weeks of eating on my own with no rules or regulations, I have been able to keep off AL. L the weight I lost while on the HCG program. I am happier and healthier than ever! I still keep carbs and sugars out of my diet and try to get to the gym at least 4days a week. I am still losing inches, but. Not as dramatically as before.
