When I stopped posting I was drained. I had little creativity back and I was cooking for the sake of blogging, rather than the love of food. So I took a bit of a break. Deal? Okay, I still love all of you, too. A few weeks ago I made a spanakopita.

They also stated " As I write this Im choking down my peanut butter on the brittle gluten free tortillas I accidentally bought. Blogging is way cheaper than therapy. This has nothing to do with my job, but its a cool photo nonetheless. So now that I have strung out stories of our vacation. For weeks and weeks after our return, how about I tell you what life has been like here at home for the past month? Way back in the beginning of July, 10 hours after we got back from Europe, I started a new job.
