A few of my favorite recipes, a few of my own, a few borrowed. Prosciutto Ham thinly sliced about 15 slices. Thinly slice tomatoes and set aside. Cut one tomato into wedges and set aside. Finely chop basil about two handfuls. On a round serving dish about 16 inch diameter, arrange tomatoes in a ring. Add mozzarella cheese to every other tomato slice. Arrange the tomato wedges in center of ring.

Upon entering the restaurant you are greeted by the wonderful smell of a wood fire something unexpected in Manhattan. Wonderful smells and sounds flow from the open kitchen. Our menu orders were also taken.
