Hallitsevatko mikrobit maailmaa ja meitä? Pohtiessa sitä kannatta puraista vaikka porkkanaa. Nuhevima-projektin kasvis- ja ravitsemusluento pidettiin Eurajoen lukiolla keskiviikkona 5. Osallistujina oli lukion ensimmäisen vuoden sekä toisen vuoden opiskelijoita. Nuhevima-projektin puolesta järjestetään syksyllä 2016 Eurajoen lukiossa mielenkiintoinen ja tiivis ravitsemusluento Luonnonvara.

Sedun salaattipajoissa syntyi ripeästi mieluisia salaatteja. Erityistä huomiota pyysimme kiinnittämään porkkanaan, tuohon koululounaan salaattiosaston perusraaka-aineeseen, joka useasti löytyy salaattipöydästä raasteena. Pyysimme opiskelijoita työstämään porkkanaa mieluiseen muotoon salaattiannokseensa, jos porkkanaa tykkää syödä. Mieluisissa salaateissa porkkana taipuikin moneen uuteen muotoon! Kehittämis.
