Fortunately for me, on my current contract, not only have I found a wonderful training buddy, but we regularly make time to train in fun places. Boxing drills on the beach in Mystery Island, Vanuatu is an amazing way to start off any day! We like to mix it up with punching drills then sprints in the sand and push-ups on rocks.
