Bangladeshi RMG workers are less paid. RMG workers are poorly paid in bd. Good repotation of our RMG. Lack of standard machine in our RMG industries. Power crisis and our garment industries.

So India has influence on pretty much everything we do. The way we dress, what we eat, what we buy, what we watch etc etc. thanks to Bollywood and butter chicken! But how does what affect us? Trust me it does and no one knows better than me.

By rrasheeka on April 24, 2009. Every morning Rahima Khatun wakes up, cooks breakfast and lunch, takes shower, feeds herself and her sick husband and goes out to work. She is assigned in the Nawabganj area where she goes to the houses where she is supposed to collect tiffin boxes from. After she collects them she goes to the market where she distributes the tiffin boxes.

In eighties to nineties the elites of Bangladesh scorned rickshaw art as vulgar while at the same time many fine artists of the country took it seriously as an expression of the taste and interests of the masses. A little history about rickshaw.
