Intuitively, transformative learning feels right. It is, in many ways, what I have been practicing for years. Creating an open classroom and encouraging free discussion. Dealing with subjects that have personal and political meaning. Befriending students and respecting their opinion. Allowing learners to direct Learning.

Everyone is talking about Dubai, the small-time fishing port turned mega business centre for world trade and a location which screams out extravagance on every level. This is most probably the hottest and most talked about location in the world right now. The best time to visit Dubai.

The world that is for an Early Childhood teacher. I am trying to figure out how I can encourage the kids to talk about their feelings, worries, concerns, excitement, happiness, wonderings and all sorts from day one. I found these two snippets on Youtube that showcase the nerves and excitement of the first day.
