I usually choose gluten free snacks by their ingredients, this one contains milk chocolate, maize flour, cane sugar, potato starch, non hydrogenated vegetable fat, lots of different dried fruits, soy, corn, chestnut and coconut. Maize flour is actually corn, and cane sugar is still sugar.
