Tuesday, September 15, 2009. Today was the day I woke up in a different place, a different moment, a different society. My senses were all perked up to explore. Landing the day before onto Hong Kong island, quickly and briefly scanning the new atmosphere, the strangeness of unfamiliarity and the mixed feeling of excitement and anxiety.
