So I thought I might as well post the recipe here too. No picture! 1 tbsp olive oil. 1 onion, diced. 1 garlic clove, minced. 1 tsp ground cumin. 4 large carrots, cut into rough chunks. 1 tbsp soy sauce. 6 tbsps dessicated unsweetened coconut.
