Hiking Our Way Through Parenthood. Friday, January 24, 2014. October was another busy month! We juggled family visits, hikes, ear infections with trips to Boston, geocaching, backyard explorations, and Halloween. It was hectic but the highlight of our month was the visit from our Oklahoma family. We ate lobster, enjoyed real Maine maple syrup and they even saw a moose. It was a really nice Maine vacation. Just a few short hours later we were at the airport saying our goodbyes.
