Saturday, April 9, 2011. Cream butter, sugar, and almond extract. Refrigerate dough for 2-3 hours. Form into balls on parchment lined cookie sheet. Make indentations in the balls with your thumb and fill with jam. Bake at 350 degrees for 14-16 minutes. Cool completely and drizzle glaze over top. Sunday, January 30, 2011.
