Sunday, 22 December 2013. 2013 has not been a good year for me. But like, hard in a poor little rich white girl way. I realise that other people would have been grateful to have my life this year. That they would have breezed through this year. I stopped going to church. I stopped seeing most of my friends. I isolated myself and self-medicated with binge eating and marathoning TV shows.

On May 12th, I was let go from my job. The first week I ran some errands I had been putting off and frantically searched job sites. I had two interviews the week I was let go so I was sitting on the edge of my seat. Needless to say I received good news - I have a job again!
