Posted by just living green. Asymp; 2 Comments. This afternoon I spied a beautiful white dahlia at my doorstep. The dahlia lady had struck again. I have always loved dahlias. They seem so mystical-their colors, their spirals, their lotus like formations. But I have never loved them enough to want to grow them especially while living in Connecticut. Too much fuss. My at-a-distance love affair worked for me. I went over to take in the beauty first hand and returned with my camera. My heart beat incr.

My rosella bushes were so heavy with fruit that their branches could no longer support their weight. I then bottled some liquid for use as cordial and bottled some liquid and the fleshy part for jam.
