Even though they have already cut their employees salaries I think that this is a great idea because it is not another mandatory pay reduction and for any employees who choose this will be put back on their regular pay scale come Jan. I also like this because the employees like this idea and are offering the company their support. How many more will have to see their checks cut? I am a 25 yea.
