I noticed that the web site stated " I live in a country and especially a city with a LOT of English speaking." They also stated " Residents and visitors, but where it is not quite an official language. Too, and Im starting to notice more when I hear Russian. In the same way, but then its the default in most areas. When Im in a more English-speaking context I do notice the bits of Hebrew more. I do still think, ho."
