Before taking this course, what I knew about CALL was just PowerPoint. But after the course, I am proud to say that CALL should be much more than that! When I finished my presentation, they were all exclaimed and asked me how I could make it. They loved it and could remember the items I had taught. My experience shows me that if we can use some tricks in teaching, students can really be motivated and hence we can teach more effectively. CALL is not just a gimmick! The exp.

My students and I had a party on the last school day. While the students were enjoying some Christmas food, they were watching the digital stories produced by their classmates. Digital stories produced by my S1 students.

However, there are still lots of difficulties in dealing with the use of information technology in learning and teaching. The time to prepare for the teaching materials, the availability of resources at school or at home. No matter how difficult they are, I believe it is only a matter to time and we can try our best to make use of information technology to create a suitable and authentic learning environment for our students.
