About 3 weeks ago I bought a shiny new laptop. Unfortunatley the bloody OS - Vista Home has taken the shine out of it and has reduced the machine to a black body. My pen-tablet works only on the desktop and refuses to work in any other program. Try and avoid this shitty OS till time and program compatibility allows.
