Today was a hard one. Having 3 kitties is a challenge. And today they made a huge amount of work for me. So i spent nearly all my energy on that. A lot changes a lot in seven months.

The site had the following in the homepage, "Life, Such as it is." I noticed that the web site stated " I Dont Want Another Christmas Like This One." They also stated " I hesitate to say this, for it sounds as if we had a bad Christmas. So, why would i title this post in such a manner? What has happened for us. Two hours on Christmas Eve is not the time to catch up! So there really isnt much connection, even though we shared a meal and some of us exchanged gifts. I Dont Want Another Christmas Like This One. In search of more energy, weight loss, and better health. I am hoping that this will be a chronicle of improvement. Of course, my idea of dieting in those days was horrific. In fact, in order to get down to 150 i used drugs. In that week i dropped 7 pounds, then i went off the drugs for 3 weeks, maintained that weight loss and did the whole thing over again.
