Shabby chic crafting, moments and musings from a southern girl. Sunday, May 17, 2015. Right at 6 months! What can I say? Here are a few photos of what I created. I did a 2 pager and added a vase to my table. I used patterned paper for the table top that reminded me of tile. For the flowers I used brown coffee filters. I hope to have much more to share with you soon.
Wednesday, September 11, 2013. Has been a bit hectic. Summer came and went, and now I am knee deep in school and work. In the midst of this, of course, WW has not been a priority. So I missed July completely. In other news, we have moved to a new rental place in Tuscaloosa.

I noticed that the web site stated " Our first visit to a local spot, The Hungry Owl a modern twist on some southern and cajun favorites." They also stated " Really great burger, shrimp and grits to die for, wine and beer in wide selection, and true ambiance if you sit near the back of the dining room by the glass wall in front of the kitchen.
