Katyal; The Gaze Series. My Grandmothers though process behind how she displayed pictures, against other pictures intrigued me. I did not want to disrupt her decisions by re arranging the photographs positions. By leaving the images in their designated places, I began by scanning pages of my grandmothers photo album and printing them page by page onto acetate sheets.

The site had the following in the homepage, "The Gaze Blurb Book." I noticed that the web site stated " I will be showing a series of images under the theme of The Gaze." They also stated " I wanted to understand the relationship between the photographer, subject and viewer. But this is my secret ingredient, which as of now will no longer be a secret! A can of Coke a Cola is added to the water, then the beans simmer for about 3 to 4 hours. Then and only then do I add salt and other seasonings. Why you may wonder? If you add salt to them before you cook them they will be hard! Hope you enjoy.
