Take a vacaction and Gymnastics in the snow. For the cactus I drew a picture of a cactus. Then I scanned it in the computer and traced over it using the paint tool in Illustrator. I did the pot first then the cactus body, mouth, eyes, thorns, and eye brow. Then I grouped it all together.
I created a under the sea background and included five gymnastics dancers. We took a picture with minnie, mickey,and miley cyrus. I got imgaes off of google and placed one of them on my background, one by my information, and the other three are.

Wednesday, March 24, 2010. So, I have been elusive where blogging is concerned. But, I finally feel prompted to write something- -so here we go. It was a lot of effort to get across the room in crutches, let alone 3 blocks- How was I going to take out my trash? How would I walk my dog? OMG- how was I supposed to get to school? How was I supposed to handle this? I felt very alone. But most of all, I have been floor.
This is my extra credit illustrator project. It just told you how to make the streets.

I used 6 layers to recreate a seamless environment. The take a vacation was a little trickier because the photo of me had to line up with a set of equestrian attire. i also added a quarter horse and mans best friend to add a little realism to the smokey mountain theme.
