In my ECS 100 class we had a lecture where this video was presented and I thought it was a really neat idea, it was mentioned that this would be a good collaberation project for the younger and older kids.

I noticed that the web site stated " Here is a video that was shown to show all the interesting things you can do with your students." They also stated " It was suggested that this would be a great project for the older students and younger students to collaborate and work together. I started learning right off the hop. I had never even heard of WordPress, nor have I ever had a blog. Making my blog was the first learning experience I had with the class and also my first struggle. I had quite the time getting it to work and after a few attempts, I got it figured! Thank god the girls were at my house for that, otherwise I probably would have missed it! .
So what did I do in this panicked state? By this time, we were over half way through the class and I needed to check on the students upstairs to make sure they were working and to answer any questions if they had any. They did and even booted one kid off the computer for playing games when his project was done.
