I have been in the field of instructional design for five years. My background is in engineering and I wanted to pursue an academic knowledge of instructional design so I enrolled in the Masters program at Walden University. Reflections on Theories of Learning. I enjoyed this course because it challenged me at a number of different levels. I teach intuitively, having learned from those who have been my most impressive teachers over the past 4 decades. I use the word impressive simply as an indication of those who have left lasting impressions on me- both good and bad.
Learning Theory and Instructional Design. What can I possibly learn in this class? This is going to be a boring waste of time and money. Honestly, those were my first thoughts when I was registered for Learning Theory and Instructional Design. How wrong I was! April 19, 2010.
