A while ago I put together a playlist of happy songs. My thinking was that if I were feeling sad, depressed, or down in any way, I could listen to the playlist and start to feel better. It sounded like a good idea at the time; however, recently I was feeling depressed and while listening to these songs, I found myself getting annoyed and feeling worse.
