They also stated " Consider before you ignore or outright refuse a very low purchase offer for your home. A counteroffer and negotiation could turn that low purchase offer into a sale. Monday, January 7, 2013. Christmas Eve was a laid back day. We hung around the house and basically did nothing but play until that evening. We got ready for Christmas Eve church service at 5pm. It was fabulous and our wonderful Pastor arranged a kid friendly service. He had the kids in the foyer and lead us in with bells and streamers! Instead of a sermon he read a Chrismas book to the kids and gave them candy canes.
