Advanced Blogging P.D. Feedback and assessment of my teaching. Resources, lessons and notes created by me. Ive made it through 5 months at Hatch End High School teaching subject English to years 7, 8 and 9. It has been a massive learning curve very different system in the UK compared to New Zealand. The support Ive had has been incredible. The lack of blog posts I just had no time! My weekends were full of planning, marking, preparing for the next week. But its all over! 15 July, 2016. Expat life and interests in Saudi Arabia. One Weekend- Two Festivals! October 5, 2016. Having lived in Saudi for 28 years and missed out on the opportunity to enjoy lots of events I feel we are well and truly making up for lost time! This weekend was certainly an example of this. On 30 december, 2012. Med bara ett fåtal decemberdagar kvar har det blivit dags att sammanfatta det gångna året. Vad kännetecknade egentligen 2012? Jag var tvungen att göra ett teoriprov och en uppkörning för att få ett kanadensiskt körkort, vilket tack och lov gick bra men jag får erkänna att teoriprovet mest handlade om tur. Inte vet jag om skall ligga 150 eller 180 m bakom en brandbil! Vi fick fint besök från Sverige i juli, och därmed en anledning att turista lite i vår nya hemstad.
