Day 3, 4 and 5. It was a disaster, started out on a high till i got a stitch about 2 minutes into the workout so i called it quits. Being a weekend, I decided to do my workout in the morning because evening always find me on the move. Ive never been prouder of myself.

I am afraid of flowers. Perhaps that says something about me, that beautiful things scare me. I got some today, from a beautiful soul. I am amazed at humanity. That one person can be so cruel and the next show absolute kindness. You do not know me, but you have taken a few minutes to check that i am surviving it all. That make me cry and then smile.
