Im finally back home in New Jersey! Its so hard to believe how quickly the 18 months have gone by. I already miss the kids, volunteers, and Lima, but its great to be home. So, Ive definitely neglected this blog for the past couple of months. Now that Ive finished up my time as a volunteer, I wanted to do a bit of a recap of what Ive left out from December and January. I soon gave way to the spiritual life that he brilliantly illustrated in his books. I found great solace in his The R. Eturn of the Prodigal Son. Appreciating his detailed portraits of the elder son, the younger son, and the father, and connecting them to my life at Ciudad. This is a movement toward full incarnation.
