Little did I know, that when I titled this blog Letting go, and holding on, I would be talking about the blog itself. I have come to a point where I need some changes. If you know me, this is no surprise. But I hope that you will follow me here, to The Road Less Traveled.

Eating disorders are not about food, not about weight, not about being the thinnest to fit into social stereotypes, they are about serious emotional turmoil. But we are all trying so hard to bottle the emotional turmoil, that we say it is all about these things, because it is easier to deny and pretend, distract and carry on. Facing the emotional problems is hard. No I pee in my own room.

We struggle to let go because doing so isnt exactly pleasant. We cant move on because its not what makes us happy in that moment, even though we know its what we have to do for the long term.
