I am interested in documenting and analysing how people speak and gesture. I am currently a David Myers Research Fellow at La Trobe University. My research focuses on evidentiality and gesture, with specialisation in Tibeto-Burman languages. This research is underpinned by an interest in critical approaches to language documentation. I have also worked on internet English. My PhD is from the University of Melbourne. I co-host the podcast Lingthusiasm.
