I was skimming over my old posts and got really upset with just how helpless I sounded.

Tomorrow it will be one month since I began this experiment and it has unfortunately been tough the past couple of days. On top of that I stepped on the scale and my the number has barely moved. One thing I am learning to do is leave the mistakes of the day before in the past and start the next day as a fresh slate. How I Feel I Am Changing.

I just got my fitbit. I was really excited and then revolted with my results on day one using it. I was shocked to see my calories in versus out.
