We took a trip with AK WIldlife cruises out of Falmouth to go on a four hour cruise along the Lizard coastline looking for Basking sharks, dolphins, jellyfish, local and migrant birds. Apart from the basking shark which was either being shy on the day, or basking in another area, we saw pretty much everything on our list, including a Peregrin falcon on the cliffs. Now re invented as Herinahat, we are working on a three part novel. Based around a map, the books tell the story of several lives from Victorian England to the present day. Murder, romance, and intrigue, the trilogy tells of travel and discovery set in the industrial landscapes and harsh moorlands of Yorkshire to the misty moors and coasts of Cornwall.
