Libraries, the universe and everything. Chartered librarian blogging personal thoughts about professional experiences. Library day in the life. However, the main source of delight was that this event has been absent from the SLA calendar since 2015, and it was a huge privil.
A blog to discuss librarianship. This is particularly problematic when combined with the location of my office which is further from home than my last role so has more or less doubled my commute. It is also more difficult to slip away to professional events from here.

They also stated " Of the Librarians with Lives podcast. I chat to Jenny Foster. Who has previously worked in public libraries and further education but has spent the last six years working in various facilities and customer service roles for university libraries. Wednesday, April 15, 2015. Linen and Flocked Velvet Dining Room Draperies. Until last week, the dining room was all minimalist chic. But it felt cavernous and cold. Conversations actually echoed in there! So I decided to embrace the fancy. And hang super-tall curtains in here. The curtains absorb sound, too, so no more weird echoes in here.
