Monday, March 3, 2014. March came in like a lion. I, myself, am really glad to see March arrive. With the arrival of March, I know the days are lengthening and warmer days cannot be that far off. I hope! March did come in like a lion in my little town, with lots of wind. and today we have plummeting temperatures and some snowflakes are falling.

Sunday, June 2, 2013. After finding out I am pre-diabetic, I have changed my eating habits and have been searching for better foods and treats. I have cut out all white sugar, white bread, white rice, most all breads and no pasta. Apple Cinnamon Water is something I just read about. I guess that both apples and cinnamon boost the metabolism, so drinking it is supposed to be a great way to lose. Have a fabulous day! .
