They also stated " I have had past experiences with couch to 5k. I think it probably too hard for me at my current weight. I really need to start slower, and more basic, than C25K. That is where this new program I found comes in. This program starts off a little slower, and really works up an endurance. I think I am going to do this program before I start C25K again.
