You might say no I am not, but that is not how I feel. And I suck at this whole thing. So yeah that is how I feel right now. I am fucking 36 years old, 440lbs heavy and I suck.
Dropped Rick off at work this morning. Came home and started working on Lions stuff almost right away. Quick bite to eat, then worked on emails for setting up zone meetings and joint zone meetings. Did a webinar that LCI was putting off this morning. Now just vegging a little bit before going to bed. All in all a good day. Then off to pick up Rick from wor.
So the first 7 days has passed and I have shed my first 0. Whoop-whoop! Very little, but it is better than nothing! What is my target for January 2017? 2 games of squash per week. 2 sessions of strenght exercises per week. Being able to walk 5km in 40 minutes. 2 litres of water per day. Portion control, 3 meals a day, no snacks healthy habits. A weekly update on my blog.
