They also stated " Why do we need to study a language that has been dead for over a thousand years, like Latin? To this question, I usually reply that Latin isnt deadits immortal. Ive also often heard people say that Latin and Greek will improve your English. I wholeheartedly agree with this. Who needs a dictionary, when you can just look at the roots of the words? In Latin made me appreciate the epic even more."
