Saturday, May 19, 2012. We got him all ready for his birthday photo shoot at Foto fly. Coop played with sister and helped mess up the house for our guests while Mommy made the cakes. 1 for Cooper to destroy, 1 for the rest of us to eat. Cooper ate rolls, chicken, strawberries, and milk.

Sunday, July 26, 2015. My little sister Sarah just graduated from High School. I also have two cousins who did as well. These three were all born within 2 months of each other 18 years ago! They have been the closest of friends. Sarah graduated from Cottonwood High, Ali graduated from Bingham High and Joseph Graduated from South Paulding High in Georgia and he is leaving on his mission in less than a week! We had yummy pulled pork sandwiches and some other good stuff! .

Both anniversaries have been nice and there is no one right way to grieve or celebrate the life of a child. Some people send off balloons, some donate money to charities, some make blankets for NICUs and some just quietly reflect. All of those ways- and more- are beautiful and good but nothing has hit the spot yet. Do something important for Henry. This feels important to m.

Wednesday, January 16, 2013. On a happier note we had a wonderful and quiet Christmas. My parents came up from St. George and were able to enjoy a white Christmas. And we are back . He was dehydrated and had a hard time eating so in the beginning he had to have an IV in his head. Poor little guy turned one month in the hospital. Look at my head control! Thursday, October 18, 2012. All of the rides are for young kids so even Hazel could go on them - at least as a passenger. It was fun to see her huge grin! We also went to the Aquarium in Sandy - these penguins are my favorite! They were diving and jumping all over the place.
