Wednesday, January 26, 2011. Well, so far I have been up at 9am or before every day this week. However, I have been going to bed at about 1am. It is hard for me to just turn everything off, lay down and sleep. 1am is still better than what it had been so I am on my way. I exercised yesterday and ran around town today so I feel like I have been more active. Tomorrow I want to try Zumba for Wii that we have. I may even do it with my kids when they get home from school.
