The site had the following in the homepage, "Living well with Ankylosing and more." I noticed that the web site stated " Day One Eating Healthy to be pain free." They also stated " My pain has been terrible, slowly each daynight getting worse. I have been busy living my life and and starting to feel the need for more pills daily. I dont like that and have decided that I am seriously, changing my Diet.
