Welcome to the Home Page of. Crickhowell and District History Society. The aims of the Society are, briefly,. To promote and encourage the public study of history with particular reference to the local area. Introduction Welcome to the brand new web site of the Llangynidr Local History Society ! The Society grew out of courses run by Robin Cain for the WEA in the 1970s and 80s.
