Är en fågel inom ordningen storkfåglar. Jag såg den för första gången den 3 juli när jag besökte min vän Björn på hans föräldrars gård på den skånska landsbygden. Storkparet hade byggt sitt bo på en silo på en närliggande bondgård. Vad som är lustigt är att samma bonde hade en till gård några kilometer bort, var ett annat par hade byggt ett bo även på den silon. De verkar gilla hans gårdar. Innan flytt samlas storkarna i flockar som kan vara mycket.
