Adventures of a Part Time Vegetarian. Some say I am fickle. Salmon Quinoa Cakes with Roasted Red Pepper Sauce. A cold and rainy day in Wisconsin greats me as I ready myself for the day. Ice and wind is a good possibility on my way to work. So I have to take care on my drive into work. A cautious morning drive is on my plate. 1 lb salmon cooked and flaked. 1 small red bell pepper chopped.
Hitching Rides along the Rustic Trails of Wisconsin. A winter hike on a frozen stream. If you would like to visit do bring your Yaktrax as you will be walking and climbing on ice. Last year was a wet spring. Piles of snow melted quickly with the heavy spring rains that came in March, April, May and June. I made my spring visit to Parfreys Glen. The green plants greeted me as always.

I started blogging in January 2012 when my husband, youngest daughter 19 at the time, and I were living in Grenoble, France. Mark was spending his sabbatical there and we tagged along with him. I enjoyed writing, and was pleasantly surprised that friends and family were actually reading what I was writing. and eventually, othersPARSED CONTENT
